3. Delivery Timelines

4. Client Responsibilities for Timely Delivery

  • Approve milestones or revisions within the agreed timeframe (usually 48–72 hours).

  • Supply access credentials (e.g., hosting, CMS, domain) when necessary.

Delays in providing these may result in adjusted delivery dates.


5. Delivery Confirmation

  • Upon completion of a project or milestone, we will notify the client by email.

  • Deliverables will be shared via the agreed platform (email, file transfer, staging site, etc.).

  • Clients will have a review period (usually 5–7 business days) to confirm acceptance or request revisions (as per project agreement).

  • Once confirmed, the project is considered delivered and complete.


6. File Formats

We typically deliver in the following formats:

  • Designs: PNG, JPG, Figma, Adobe XD

  • Circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government regulations, internet outages)

We will always notify clients promptly if such situations occur and propose revised delivery timelines.


8. Retention of Files

  • Project files are retained by RYDE MEDIA LTD for up to 6 months after delivery.

  • Clients are encouraged to download and securely back up their deliverables immediately after delivery.
