Because our services are customized, project-based, and delivered digitally, refunds are limited and subject to the terms outlined below.
Please note that we do not provide refunds for:
Completed and delivered services.
Partially delivered services that have already been approved or used by the client.
Change of mind after work has begun.
Delays in delivery caused by the client (e.g., lack of communication, missing content).
Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (e.g., plugins, domains, hosting, advertising credits).
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following circumstances:
Cancellation before project start – If you cancel before we begin work, a full refund may be issued.
Duplicate payment – If you accidentally make a duplicate payment, we will issue a refund for the excess amount.
Service not delivered – If we fail to deliver a service within the agreed timeframe and no alternative arrangement is reached, you may request a partial refund.
If you cancel a project after work has started, you will be charged for all work completed up to the date of cancellation.
Any prepaid balance beyond completed work may be refunded at our discretion.
All cancellations must be made in writing via email to Support@kbtrainingdev.com.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a project if:
Payments are overdue.
The client breaches our Terms of Service.
The project involves illegal, unethical, or harmful content.
In such cases, we may retain payments for work already completed.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to Support@kbtrainingdev.com.
Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and issued to the original payment method.
Client satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with our services:
Contact us within 7 business days of delivery.
We will attempt to resolve the issue through revisions, adjustments, or additional support.
If no resolution can be reached, a goodwill partial refund or service credit may be offered at our discretion.
If a disagreement arises regarding payments or refunds:
We encourage clients to contact us directly for resolution.
If unresolved, disputes may be escalated through your payment provider.
Any legal claims will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
