Each project may be subject to a specific written agreement outlining scope, deliverables, and fees.
To use our services, you must:

Have the legal authority to represent your business or organization.
Provide accurate and complete information for project execution.
You agree to:
Provide timely access to content, assets, and feedback required for project completion.
Ensure all materials supplied (logos, text, media) are owned or licensed for your use.
Review deliverables and provide feedback within agreed timelines.
Respect payment deadlines as outlined in project agreements.
Failure to meet responsibilities may result in project delays.
All fees will be clearly outlined in a project proposal, quotation, or invoice.
Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit may be required before work begins.
Payments are due according to the terms stated on the invoice (typically within 14 days).
Late payments may incur interest charges at 4% above the Bank of England base rate.
All prices are quoted in GBP (£) unless otherwise specified.
The scope of revisions is defined in the project agreement.
Additional revisions or work outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
Post-project support may be offered, either included in the agreement or billed separately.
All intellectual property rights in the work we create remain with RYDE MEDIA LTD until full payment has been received.
Upon full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for their intended business purpose.
Clients may not resell, license, or redistribute our deliverables without prior written consent.
We respect the confidentiality of client information and expect the same in return. Both parties agree not to disclose proprietary or sensitive information to third parties without written consent, unless required by law.
Clients may cancel services at any time by providing written notice.
Fees will be charged for work already completed up to the date of cancellation.
We may suspend or terminate services if:
Payments are overdue,
Clients misuse deliverables,
Clients breach these Terms.
We make every effort to ensure accuracy and quality in our work, but we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., sales growth, rankings).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RYDE MEDIA LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or internet outages.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services after updates indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
